Our modern injection molding machines are configured to your project’s specifications and monitored through Realtime software, RJG monitoring sensors and Keyence camera systems to maximize quality and efficiency. The result is a process that is reliable and repeatable. We institute these rigorous standards for the medical, aerospace, automotive and consumer product industries that we serve. Our quality laboratory features a full range of measurement equipment including digital calipers and micrometers for direct electronic data entry, analysis and reporting. Laboratory equipment includes: Datacolor spectrophotometer, two touch probe CMMs, OGP Smartscope Flash 302, Tesa Visio vision system, and precision equipment for the measurement of flatness, surface texture, true position, and concentricity.
