Each press is equipped with robotics where customized end-of-arm automation is incorporated to ensure shot-to-shot repeatability through regulated and consistent cycle times. This eliminates process variation, resulting in optimized productivity and the highest part quality.

Indexing robots place parts in specific packaging configurations. Customized retrieval fixtures prevent damage during part ejection while specialized loaders place components for over-molding. Closing mechanisms guarantee caps and closures are ready for filling assembly stations, and separators divide runners from bulk packaged parts.
