The Manufacturing Process Technician is responsible for following the processes stated in the Records of Training. Skilled in Process Technician Auxiliary Equipment, Process Technician Machine, Process Technician Mold, Process Technician Trouble shooting.

Applicants must have some experience with Injection Molding

Duties include but are not limited to:
– Following processes already developed for new & inherited tools.
– Process optimization on a continuous improvement basis
– Process monitoring; developing criteria to be monitored, implemented

Requirements for this role are as follows:
– Working knowledge of PLC and programming
– Minimum 1 year injection molding experience
– Familiar with controlled machines
– Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
– Must possess your own tools and tool box

The Quality Leader works collaboratively with the Quality Manager, Production Managers, Process Engineers and members of the Leadership team to perform final inspections of all plastic parts and trials.

  • 1. Inspect molded parts for acceptable quality according to production and medical standards.
  • 2. Identify and Isolate non-Conforming or suspect product including visual and dimensional features. Create MRBs for non-conforming material per documented procedure.
  • 3. Collect a sample or samples representing the typical non-conformity of production that is being placed on MRB and place in bin for the Quality Manager and Quality Engineer.
  • 4. Use Go/No Go gauges to measure parts and determine acceptability
  • 5. Strong computer skills.
  • 6. Monitor product at production area and packaging station including verification of count, packaging, and labeling.
  • 7. Train and assist Operators with any visual inspections.
  • 8. Work with Production Managers, Quality Manager, Quality Engineers and Shift Supervisors to monitor scrap to minimize production waste.
  • 9. Complete daily activities on shift reports when necessary.
  • 10. Have the ability to move fluently to perform visual inspections, and audit product.
  • 11. Verifies packaging and label information prior to disposition of the product.

  • 13. Share break responsibilities for operators. (Breaks determined by Shift Supervisors)
  • 14. Perform necessary tasks assigned by Production managers

This position requires the following:

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED

  • This person must conduct themselves with professionalism when discussing quality issues whether it be to an operator, supervisor, manager or owner.

The Engineering Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the manufacturing processes within TPS. This role is responsible for overseeing and managing the engineering activities within the facility, ensuring that products are produced to meet quality standards, production schedules, and cost objectives. The Engineering Manager collaborates with various departments to improve manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role manages programs from initial inception through production to the mutual satisfaction of TPS and the end user. This requires close liaison with the customer and internal resources as well as keeping accurate documentation of situations as they arise. Review data supplied by the customer or sales and determine its completeness for quotation, obtain quotes for tooling and fixturing, accurately estimate the cost for manufacture and appropriate profit margins. Coordinate the smooth transition of new product introduction from design concept through production.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Lead and manage the manufacturing engineering team, providing guidance, mentoring, and training to ensure the team’s success and professional growth.
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures to optimize production efficiency, quality, and safety.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineering, production, and quality assurance, to develop and implement new products or processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards to maintain a safe and environmentally friendly work environment.
  • Manage and oversee the implementation of new equipment, technologies, and automation systems to enhance manufacturing capabilities and efficiency.
  • Develop and manage to ensure optimal allocation of resources and cost control.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to resolve complex manufacturing issues, troubleshoot problems, and optimize production output.

    • Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role
    • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and other engineering tools, Knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO standards.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to drive process improvements and optimization.”
  • Physical Requirements…
    • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 80% of the time, work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
    • Must have the ability to lift and carry small parcels, packages and other items, to walk short distances.

The CNC Machinist–Programmer is responsible for creating, modifying, and optimizing CNC programs to support milling and drilling operations, as well as troubleshooting and repairing automation equipment. This role ensures that machining processes meet dimensional, quality, and efficiency requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to ensure efficient and reliable production processes. They will also collaborate closely with Quality Inspectors to make program adjustments based on inspection data and contribute to continuous improvement of machining processes.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Program Creation & Editing
    • Develop, write, and optimize CNC programs for milling and drilling operations (2D and 3D).
    • Modify programs to correct dimensional deviations as indicated by Quality Inspectors.
    • Ensure all programs follow best practices for tool selection, speeds/feeds, and machining strategies.
  • Machine Operation & Setup
    • Set up and operate:
      • Milling machines
    • Perform tool setups, work offsets, and verify machine readiness ( including sonic welder and pad printer set up ).
    • Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust parameters to maintain part quality.
  • Quality & Inspection Support
    • Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, indicators, etc.).
    • Work directly with Quality Inspectors to identify root causes of dimensional discrepancies.
  • Training & Collaboration
    • Train apprentices and junior machinists in machine operation and programming.
    • Communicate professionally with operators, supervisors, managers, and owners regarding quality or production concerns.
    • Participate in cross-functional problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • General Machining Tasks
    • Use a surface grinder when required.
    • Safely operate a band saw and general shop equipment.
    • Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspaces.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Education / Experience
    • High school diploma or GED required.
    • Minimum 2–5 years of CNC machining and programming experience preferred.
    • Experience with HAAS systems is highly desirable.
    • Knowledge of injection molding processes is a plus.
  • Technical Skills
    • Strong understanding of CNC programming (2D/3D).
    • Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T.
    • Proficiency with precision measuring equipment.
    • Basic computer skills and ability to work with CAM software (if applicable).
  • Competencies
